Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
  • Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
  • Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
  • Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
  • Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.
  • Offer clinical direction, training, and support to ABA Behavior Technicians.
  • Provide supervised, professional experience to staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification.
Requirements
  • Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Flexible to work with combined home and school caseloads.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
