Job Title: Part-Time Recruitment Associate

Join KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools as a Part-Time Recruitment Associate and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality education to all students. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in cultivating high-quality prospects, supporting candidates throughout the application process, and tracking and updating hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel and Outreach: Represent KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools at job fairs and recruitment events, cultivating relationships with students in schools of education to encourage applications for teaching roles.
  • Vacancy Awareness: Stay informed about current teaching and support staff vacancies within KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools to ensure targeted and effective recruitment efforts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all recruitment activities, including candidate interactions, event outcomes, and follow-up tasks, using the ATS system (SmartRecruiters) to track communication with prospects and candidates.
  • Support Recruitment Managers: Assist recruitment managers with follow-up tasks, such as conducting reference checks over the phone or through email, sending video interview reminders to candidates, and other related duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, familiarity with recruitment processes, and proficiency in using technology for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to travel to various colleges and universities throughout Florida and Georgia, and a commitment to the mission and values of KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools.

Compensation: This role has an hourly pay rate of $18.50/hr for ~15 hours a week, and all staff members receive individualized support and professional development.
