Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of call center or high call volume experience in an office setting.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Account Management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong data entry skills, communication skills, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve and be flexible.
  • Prompt and regular attendance required.
