Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and process graduate student records for final degree posting
  • Process diplomas, including reprints, and transfer credits
  • Update student information databases, particularly Ellucian Banner and EMS
  • Assist with graduation commencement bulletin and answer inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and faculty
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; two years of experience in higher education preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook
