Job Role

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they meet customer expectations and company standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute construction projects, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure quality work and compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation and communication.
Requirements and Expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills essential.
Salary and Benefits
