About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with Sacred Journey Hospice, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist patients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their loved ones
* Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines
* Collaborate with the hospice team to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

* Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
* Minimum of 6 months of experience in a hospice or healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
