ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Information Assurance Engineer to join our team onsite in Norfolk, Virginia.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will support our US Navy customer with RMF package development and maintaining compliance throughout the RMF lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop cybersecurity best practices, plans, and procedures to support assessment & authorization (A&A) efforts for Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN) enclaves and systems.
  • Provide hardware and software configuration baseline updates for NETTN enclaves systems as well as Navy Training Baseline (NTB) software configuration deliveries.
  • Work with RMF Package escalation process and procedures.
  • Work with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) plan of action and milestones (POA&Ms) for ongoing and closed findings.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing and supporting a Large US Navy program or twelve (12) years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience working with Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), Risk Management Framework (RMF), National Institute Standards and Technology (NIST), and other federal guidelines.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) requirements with current baseline (ex. CompTIA Sec+, CISSP, CASP) and Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) certifications.
  • DoD Information Assurance Technician (IAT)-I level Certification.
  • Ability to travel in CONUS as needed up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience utilizing assessment tools (e.g., ACAS, SCAP, HBSS) and RMF process tools (e.g., MCCAST, eMASS, eArcher, VRAM and DITPR-DON/DADMS) preferred.
  • CISSP certifications.
Clearance Requirements:

Must be a US citizenship with an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
