Campus Relations and Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- College Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent from universities and community colleges.
- Campus Ambassador & Community College Programs: Coordinate the Campus Ambassador Program and develop tailored programs for community colleges.
- Education Programs: Support initiatives like CPA Prep Review and MBA sponsorship programs.
The Ideal Candidate
We seek a highly motivated professional with 3+ years of experience in college recruitment, talent acquisition, or program management. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and project management skills, a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
