Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Regency Hospital - Minneapolis. As a key member of our critical illness recovery hospital, you will play a vital role in providing respiratory care to patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients, recommending treatment plans, and providing respiratory care. You will also be responsible for performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes, promoting continuous quality improvement, and teaching and counseling patients and families.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess an Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required by start date, and ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Current state licensure is also necessary.

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $38 to $44.53 per hour, plus competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, paid time off (PTO), and extended illness days (EID). Our 401(k) retirement plan features a company match, and we also offer short and long-term disability, personal and family medical leave, and tuition reimbursement.
