Role Summary:

The Senior Manager of Integrated Program Operations serves as the key liaison between the Program Office's Integrated Leadership Team and the Factory Leadership Team. This role is crucial for conveying all program requirements to the Strategic Make Centers (SMCs) and manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will work closely with Program Management to ensure that all program needs are effectively integrated and supported, thereby fulfilling program commitments. This position requires strong leadership, influence, and communication skills across all organizational levels, including interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive quality and performance for program deliverables, ensuring factory integration and effective flow down of unique program requirements.
  • Engage in strategic planning for current production performance and future development initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of Operational Security (OPSEC) plans and contribute to the development of future security strategies.
  • Facilitate communication across programs to identify, assess, and resolve conflicts related to program requirements.
  • Establish clear operational schedules, priorities, and objectives for each Strategic Make Center.
  • Act as the operations point of contact for proposal development and approval, ensuring that proposed costs and challenges are clearly understood by Operations leadership and factories.
  • Coordinate and define operations requirements for all gate reviews, implementing strategies from early reviews for effective future production.
  • Manage the Program's Operations Estimate at Completion (EAC) and budget.
  • Prepare and present information for management reviews, summarizing program status and ongoing production issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Certification in Earned Value Management System.
  • Experience with Proposals/Estimating and/or Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
  • Possession of an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance prior to the start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with complex systems integration across multiple factories and adherence to federal regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in managing cost and schedule for complex, high-value programs.
  • Expertise in Capital Planning and Cost Reduction Strategies.
  • Ability to manage support plans and maintain schedules in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
