Job Title: Senior Integrated Product Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Test Equipment Engineering organization. As a Senior Integrated Product Team Lead, you will be responsible for directing phases of programs from inception through completion, overseeing administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects, and analyzing data to develop solutions that optimize performance and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct phases of programs from inception through completion
  • Oversee administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects
  • Analyze data to develop solutions that optimize performance and increase efficiency
  • Facilitate project tasks with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, and financial terms/conditions of contract
  • Support military budget Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years' prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 3 years of experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • Experience with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities
  • Experienced Training and understanding of EVMS or similar management tools

Clearance Information: This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
