Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day and Night Shifts (15% Night Differential)
Compensation: $25 - $35 Hourly, Depending on Experience
Location: Chandler, AZ
This role is open to local candidates and travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize electromechanical expertise to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Install LAM OEM Equipment.
- Engage in site safety initiatives to foster a zero-hazard work environment.
- Maintain professionalism and cultivate customer relationships.
- Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting detailed electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Comply with all site fabrication protocol requirements.
- Understand and utilize various test equipment, including test meters and hand tools.
- Exhibit punctuality and reliability in attendance; collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Respectfully follow directions from supervisors and perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals with a positive attitude, energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn and excel. Candidates should be able to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams and possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in mechanics and electronics.
- Willingness to learn new skills, work collaboratively, and adapt to a fab/clean room environment if necessary.
- Ability to use hand tools, meters, and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Previous experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- AS/BS degree or equivalent military experience.
- Must be open to travel for 6 to 8 weeks when required, with potential for 80% travel and occasional overnight stays at factories, training facilities, and client locations.
