Key Responsibilities- Receiving and Merchandising: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Experience: Engage and interact with all customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve store goals.
- Inventory Management: Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
- Productivity and Efficiency: Monitor productivity of team and coach as necessary to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, as well as organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom area.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures, and promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, and able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
