Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 per hour

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and document urgent and routine inquiries
  • Resolve issues and offer solutions
  • Dispatch requests for services or deliveries
  • Prioritize inquiries based on urgency
  • Coordinate field personnel using radio, phone, or computer systems
  • Monitor field personnel and adjust schedules as necessary
  • Relay pertinent information to field personnel
  • Maintain accurate logs of activities

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in a communications role
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies (CAD)
  • Proficient in data entry and quick typing
  • Understanding of emergency protocols
