Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively evaluate student worksheets in mathematics and reading, adhering to established Kumon assessment standards.
- Document student advancements and maintain comprehensive records, guaranteeing data accuracy and accessibility for the Kumon Instructor.
- Organize and prepare educational materials, including worksheets and progress documentation, ensuring readiness for instructional sessions.
- Support the Kumon Instructor in overseeing the classroom, promoting a focused and orderly environment conducive to learning.
- Offer guidance to students as needed, encouraging independent work and the development of critical thinking skills.
- Engage in communication with the Kumon Instructor regarding student progress, challenges, or any issues that may arise.
- Participate in team meetings and training opportunities to enhance understanding of the Kumon methodology and assessment practices.
- Assist with various administrative duties, such as responding to inquiries and maintaining a tidy center environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; preference for college students or recent graduates with strong academic records.
- Solid proficiency in mathematics and reading, with a thorough understanding of the Kumon curriculum.
