Job Summary

The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. This includes cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as assisting with food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Assist with food and beverage operations

  • Perform side duties as requested

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
