Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager or Director to join our growing Forensic and Litigation Services practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding our local personal injury practice, building and analyzing lost earnings claims, and presenting value of life care plans. They will also work closely with leadership to execute plans effectively and manage junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the local personal injury practice
  • Build and analyze lost earnings claims and present value of life care plans
  • Develop and implement testing procedures and work plans
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and leadership
  • Manage and mentor junior staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred)
  • CPA and/or CFE certification
  • Significant experience in personal injury and/or employment litigation
  • Experience in forensic investigations, dispute resolution, and litigation support (preferred)
  • Proven ability to establish relationships, acquire new business, and prepare engagement proposals
  • Experience supervising small teams
