Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal representation for clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support.

  • Advise clients on their legal rights and responsibilities, as well as potential legal challenges.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law, focusing on divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex legal concepts for clients.
  • Robust research and analytical abilities, capable of identifying and addressing intricate legal issues.
  • High standards of professional ethics and integrity.
