Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at TrueCare. As a Primary Care Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered services and providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered services in accordance with TrueCare policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide nurse triage services and health advice to patients.
  • Perform routine office procedures and testing.
  • Participate in patient education and provide guidance on new care plan instructions, lab results, medication, and lifestyle changes.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical/Vocational Nursing.
  • IV Certification.
  • At least two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in an outpatient care setting.
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, extended hours, and/or Saturday shifts.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
