We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Johnston-Willis Hospital. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care. They will work collaboratively with other members of the management team to assess the quality of patient care services and identify opportunities for improvement.

In this leadership role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop your team to achieve exceptional outcomes for patients recovering from post-operative gynecological medical and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
