Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to lead our kitchen team.

This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with varying hours between 12-10:00pm or 3pm-10:00pm, including weekends.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting fresh vegetables
  • Food preparation
  • Cooking pasta and rice
  • Operating the fryelator, grill, stove top
  • Properly cooking and cutting the gyro meat
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Requirements
  • Prior kitchen experience
  • Able to stand on your feet for hours at a time
  • Able to lift 15-30lbs
  • Multitasking and ability to work under pressure
