Hub Driver

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Driver to transport merchandise between Hibbett and City Gear locations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of products, maintaining vehicle upkeep, and adhering to company policies.

• Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival at designated locations
• Complete shipment logs and document vehicle movement on daily route sheets
• Load, secure, and protect products in delivery vehicles and transport merchandise safely
• Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service to ensure proper working condition
• Adhere to state and federal break requirements and protect company assets

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 3 years of experience driving and positive customer service skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and pass a background check
