SUMMARY

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Driver to transport merchandise between locations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of products, maintaining vehicle upkeep, and adhering to company policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver merchandise to designated locations, adhering to scheduled routes and timelines.
• Complete shipment logs and document vehicle movement on daily route sheets.
• Load, secure, and protect products in delivery vehicles, ensuring safe transportation.
• Offload merchandise in a secure and safe manner, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service to ensure proper working condition.
• Adhere to state and federal break requirements, prioritizing driver safety and well-being.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 3 years of experience driving, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in applicable technology, including GPS and time clocks.
• Must pass a background check and maintain insurability through Hibbett's insurance vendor.
