BluPeak Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Enterprise Risk Manager to support our enterprise-wide operational risk and control assessment and monitoring programs. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and controlling regulatory compliance requirements and operational risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective business strategies and compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Facilitate Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) to ensure processes are performed safely and soundly, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and in support of credit union goal attainment.
  • Administer tracking of action plans to mitigate risk and the risk acceptance processes.
  • Collaborate with business units to facilitate the collection of metric data and perform initial analysis of metric data as directed by management.
  • Perform quality control and analyze documentation for evidence that KRIs and KPIs are effectively measuring the intended process/outcome.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of related experience in a financial institution or the financial industry with relevant experience working with performance metrics, KRI/KPI reporting, quality assurance, gap/risk analysis, and/or control testing.
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn ERM specific software programs.
  • Effective written and verbal communications, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Professional and service-focused communication etiquette.
  • Organized, efficient, and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
