Compensation:$35,000 - $40,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:As a Floor Install Technician, your duties will encompass:
- Expertly applying our eco-friendly coating technology, including base coat, flake, and topcoat applications.
- Maintaining a keen eye for detail while working at client locations.
- Thoroughly preparing floor surfaces prior to the application of the base coat.
- Promptly notifying management of any challenges encountered during the installation process.
- Exemplifying BauCon Coatings's commitment to superior service.
- Strictly following our Job site Code of Conduct.
- Utilizing our operational system to document notes and upload before/after images to finalize each work order.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in floor coating using epoxy or paint.
- Experience in concrete polishing or renovation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to meet all physical demands of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Proficient in giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in applying coatings to concrete surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to work independently.
- Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to quality.
