Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures
- Maintain Accurate Records
- Document patient information and care provided in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Experience
- 1 year of experience in a perinatal unit or related specialty
- Licenses and Certifications
- RN license in state of employment or compact
- BLS certification
- Current certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) or Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM)
Our Perinatal Unit is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and teamwork skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
