Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events and Hospitality Manager to lead our events team at NorthStar Golf Club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and execute all social events, golf outings, weddings, showers, parties, and other events to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality service.
  • Lead the events team by attracting, recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel to ensure excellent customer service and event execution.
  • Establish targets, schedules, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient event operations.
  • Attend and stay up-to-date with relevant trade shows and events to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, events management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with supervisors, clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Basic understanding and experience with a POS system.

  • Leadership: Able to organize, control, and guide the work of others.
