We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a litigation firm, including trial work. Strong organizational skills are required. Prior experience in medical malpractice is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage medical malpractice cases from start to finish.
  • Draft routine motions, subpoenas, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
  • File motions and other legal documents in a timely manner.
  • Utilize prior experience in medical malpractice or personal injury to inform case strategy.
  • Obtain and review medical records to support case development.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and medical professionals.
