Job Title: Night Auditor

As a key member of our team at TownePlace Suites Orlando Downtown, the Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process guest check-ins, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
  • Reconcile hotel cashier transactions, review management reports, and ensure the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
  • Set wake-up calls and answer incoming phones in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Create, confirm, and modify reservations for guests.
  • Review account and charge information with guests during the checkout process.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities and facilities, as well as local shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
  • Log and resolve guest comments and complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Complete shift checklists and maintain accurate shift pass logs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve service requests or problems.
  • Ensure guest and associate safety by following established security procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift items up to 15 pounds.
  • Availability to work an overnight schedule and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
