Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, controlling and securing cash and cash equivalents, and maintaining all files and records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
  • Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for the property according to cash handling policy and procedures.
  • Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
  • Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
  • Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
