About the Job

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and use your excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers as needed, and using a customer-focused review process to educate them about insurance options.

Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Use excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide top-notch customer service.
Requirements
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

We offer a competitive salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), flexible hours, growth potential, and hiring bonus up to $40,000. Our ideal candidate is motivated to succeed and can see themselves in this role.

This position is with Felicia Olowu - State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies.
