Key Responsibilities

  • Perform design work for electric and/or gas new or expanded service or system improvements.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all company standards, tariffs, and regulatory requirements to provide the most cost-effective designs.
  • Identify needs and expectations of customers for electric and/or gas utility requirements of project-specific development.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external customers, including developers, contractors, engineering firms, local agencies, and utilities.
  • Prepare and present financial agreements to customers, ensuring comprehensive and accurate contracts.
  • Participate in after-hour rotational on-call supervisor programs and assist in restoration activities during storms or other emergencies.

Requirements

  • On-site in Reno, Nevada.
  • PLS CADD experience is preferred but not required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Administration experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the client company.
