This opportunity is located within our AFB International business, a global leader in pet food palatability. We develop and produce a range of liquid and dry palatability enhancers using high-quality ingredients proven to optimize companion animal response and consumption. Our team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production process, from organizing and prioritizing production to delegating tasks to operators and monitoring equipment performance. Key responsibilities include completing shift notes, organizing production, delegating tasks, making paperwork as needed, updating and presenting the Gemba board, checking intermediate and raw material amounts, printing batch sheets, and following recipes through the process. Additionally, our team is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and delivery requirements are met, including forklift inspections, material inspections, flow panel verifications, and proper PPE for chemical hazards. Key Responsibilities:- Complete shift notes and organize production
