Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Alpha Account Services Associate 2. This role will play a critical part in supporting the production processing of multiple client transition requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete day-to-day responsibilities within a strong risk management and controlled environment, eliminating risk incidents and errors.
- Review and verify peer's work on a daily basis, following stringent procedures and controls.
- Coordinate all new account activity and maintenance across impacted business teams within Alpha, ensuring operational readiness within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Support the set up and maintenance of accounts across multiple applications, including recordkeeping and data warehouses.
- Conduct high-level analysis in specific areas of expertise, identify and resolve work-processing issues, and make suggestions to streamline operations.
- Research routine issues and inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and take action on routine matters and inquiries from external clients and internal departments.
- Maintain documented workflows, procedures, and controls.
- Determine the impact of activity on other areas.
- Interface with internal and external clients and other departments on inquiries.
- Engage in complex special projects and assignments.
- Ad-hoc reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics preferred.
- 1+ years related financial industry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to develop business relationships within and outside the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, balance workload, and work in a deadline-oriented position.
- Ability to meet aggressive SLA deadlines.
- Computer proficient, including spreadsheet and database applications.
