About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our team at Brilliant Earth. As a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through the sales process, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phones to attain individual revenue targets.
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries.
  • Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
  • Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
