Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Account Executive to join our team at Novatae Risk Group. As a key member of our Dallas branch, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying potential risk issues, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including relationship building, client account development, and service requests.
  • Handle service requests, identify potential risk issues, and provide quotes for additional coverages and policies.
  • Track renewals, process endorsements, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new procedures.
Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous P&C wholesale insurance experience.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office and agency management software.
  • Knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage, products, markets, rating, and underwriting procedures is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
  • Excellent client service skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of agency management software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
