Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining dining spaces, both inside and outside.
  • Take drink and food orders, ensuring accurate entry into the POS system.
  • Deliver the correct food and beverages to guests promptly.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Follow daily opening, closing, and cleaning protocols.
  • Maintain organized displays of beverages and glassware.
  • Welcome all guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure order accuracy while taking requests from guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Inspect assigned sections for cleanliness before service periods.
  • Prepare silverware for lunch and dinner services.
  • Verify that all guests are of legal drinking age.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Food Safety and alcohol management certifications are preferred.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and a team-oriented individual.
  • Strong guest service focus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 lbs, and utilize basic cleaning equipment.
  • A passion for great food, films, and music is a plus.
