About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Outpatient Services team at Ascension Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment goals and provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
  • Document patient information, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Licensure: LCPC or LCSW is required for this role.
  • Master's degree in a related field is required.
  • Additional preferences include experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
