About the Role: As a Client Service Manager at Percepta, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to luxury clients. This includes building relationships of trust, empathy, and enthusiasm with each vehicle owner.

In this role, you will handle inbound client calls regarding sales and service inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner. You will also be responsible for resolving client issues using all available resources, including dealers, team leaders, subject matter experts, field service engineers, and concern resolution specialists.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of problem resolution and escalation experience in a client contact environment, as well as excellent English language oral and written communication skills. You will also have strong client service and conflict resolution skills, with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary of $18.34 per hour, along with a range of benefits, including health/dental/vision/life insurance, flexible spending account, and 401(k) with company match.
