Job Title:

Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer with a strong background in Real Estate or Hospitality to play a pivotal role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth and success of Jobot by overseeing all financial operations and strategies. As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for directing financial strategy, planning, and forecasts; preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions; and managing associated risks.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.

  • Financial Leadership:

  • Direct financial strategy, planning, and forecasts; prepare budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions; manage associated risks.

  • Cash Management:

  • Oversee the investment of funds and supervise cash management activities.

  • Capital Raising:

  • Execute capital-raising strategies to support Jobot's expansion.

  • Audit and Compliance:

  • Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.

Requirements:
  • Experience:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a CFO or equivalent role, preferably within the Real Estate sector.

  • Qualifications:

  • CPA or MBA strongly preferred.

  • Skills:

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, managing working capital, financial statements, and reporting to the board.

  • Certifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning software.
