Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Specialist to join our team at The Oregon Clinic. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet patients, collect co-pays, and review insurance benefit information
  • Answer phone calls, schedule patient appointments, and scan medical records
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our front office
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical front office setting
  • 1-2 years of experience with EPIC electronic medical records
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic, with a commitment to equality and diversity
