Job Title: Patient Access Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate billing information.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify patient insurance information and update records as necessary.
  • Process patient billing and payment information.
  • Communicate with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical billing software.
