Production TIG Welder

We are seeking a skilled Production TIG Welder to join our team at Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of customer parts and assemblies.

• Fabricate and weld customer parts and assemblies as requested.
• Work on high-variety, low-volume part projects.
• Ensure that at least 90% of completed parts pass inspection.
• Develop and implement semi-annual process improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety policies and guidelines.
• Complete all necessary documentation for tracking work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience.
• Successful completion of an accredited welding course or equivalent on-the-job training and 5-10 years of high-level TIG welding experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods while performing job duties.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in fractions and decimals.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
