Job Summary

Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc is seeking an experienced Production TIG Welder to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of customer parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality welds on a variety of metal components
  • Meet or exceed production targets and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
  • Follow all safety policies and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in TIG welding
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use TIG welding machines, belt sanders, and other equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
