Your responsibilities will include leading projects focused on the application of LEAN principles to boost productivity and minimize operational costs. You will conduct comprehensive Value Stream Analysis and spearhead initiatives to implement holistic production process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct process enhancement projects, emphasizing ongoing cost reduction.
  • Perform Value Stream Analysis and facilitate advanced workshops for process design.
  • Establish shop-floor management protocols and deliver training to operational staff.
  • Provide essential technical support to manufacturing teams to uphold quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Planning departments to devise and execute material supply strategies.
  • Assist R&D efforts to ensure production feasibility aligns with engineering standards.
  • Promote benchmarking and standardization of industrial engineering practices across the global production network.
  • Encourage a comprehensive business and process perspective within production and engineering teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with performance metrics for Quality, Cost, On-time Delivery, and People Excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a solid foundation in LEAN methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in production processes within a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with SAP for production and material management.
  • Experience in project and personnel management within LEAN initiatives.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing Techniques, including Value Stream Mapping, Shopfloor Management, 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-yoke.
  • Preferred knowledge of Six Sigma, manufacturing quality standards, product development cycles, ISO 9001:2015, and compliance regulations.
