Join Our Team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our Neonatal Follow Up Program.

About the Role

  • Provide clinical support services for pediatric medical programs across MultiCare and interface with primary care practices.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and families.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on analysis, good judgment, decision making, and diplomacy.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program, masters or doctoral degree preferred.
  • Training and/or experience in diagnosing and working with pediatric patients with a history of perinatal concerns.
  • Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment.
  • Board certified by the time of employment.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $136, $185,795.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
