Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers, sales team, and service representatives to resolve ordering, scheduling, shipping, or invoicing problems
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to integrate client feedback and experience into decisions on processes, products, and service offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience Lead to develop and implement customer-centric strategies

Requirements

  • 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Consistent and punctual attendance
