The Service Leader is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient service environment. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely and accurate manner.
- Lead and motivate a team of service staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
- Assist with training and development of service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other restaurant leaders to ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a service leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
