We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Roaster Operator to join our team at Trilliant Food & Nutrition. As a Roaster Operator, you will be responsible for operating roasting equipment, ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high-quality product, and maintaining a clean and organized production area.

• Roasting Operations: Safely operate roasters, check for correct roast color, and perform thermal cleans as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect equipment, perform basic general machine maintenance, and troubleshoot thermal events.
• Quality Control: Take and test roast samples, complete paperwork and data entry for traceability and quality control, and document roast test results in Dynamix Quality Orders.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with grinders, learn basic Dynamics functions, and assist in packaging area and cross-training on other machine operation duties.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accuracy in all required areas of work, perform audits on required standards within set specifications of order, and follow food safety/quality/regulatory policies and procedures.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years of food production and/or machine operating experience.
• Skills: Strong general mechanical abilities, troubleshooting skills, knowledge of food safety and food quality standards, and strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Personal Qualities: Self-directed, personally motivated, attention to detail, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and good team player.
