Job Summary

The Automotive Technology Specialist will be responsible for installing and maintaining mobile electronics in vehicles. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills.

About the Role
  • Install standard mobile electronic solutions including remote starts, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers, and in-dash units.
  • Verify vehicle make and model and communicate any compatibility concerns prior to installation.
  • Use provided guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installation projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Current, valid driver's license.
  • A driving record that meets Best Buy's safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry.
  • Prior retail experience.
